Terms and Conditions for Scaffolding Services
1. Scope of Work:
• The company agrees to provide scaffolding services as outlined in the agreed-upon project specifications.
• Any additional services not included in the original scope will be subject to negotiation and may incur additional charges.
2. Quotations and Payments:
• Quotations provided are valid for a specified period and are subject to change after this period.
• Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule, and any delays may result in additional charges.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• Cancellation or rescheduling of services must be communicated in writing at least [7] days prior to the scheduled start date.
• Cancellation fees may apply, and the company reserves the right to charge for any expenses incurred.
4. Site Access and Conditions:
• The client is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the worksite.
• The company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen site conditions, weather, or any circumstances beyond its control.
5. Safety and Compliance:
• The company adheres to all safety regulations and industry standards. The client must also comply with safety protocols and provide a safe working environment.
• Any non-compliance may result in the cessation of services until safety concerns are addressed.
6. Insurance and Liability:
• The company carries insurance coverage for its workers and equipment.
• The client is responsible for any damage to the scaffolding caused by third parties or their own actions and will be liable for associated repair costs. This also applies to theft of any scaffold materials.
7. Indemnity:
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of the scaffolding.
8. Completion and Acceptance:
• The project is considered complete upon the removal of scaffolding.
• The client is responsible for inspecting the completed work and must notify the company of any issues within [2] days of completion.
9. Intellectual Property:
• Any designs, plans, or intellectual property developed by the company remain its sole property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
10. Dispute Resolution:
• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter.
• If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
